Diehl Project Management was faced with the challenge of assembling and coordinating a team to design and construct a remodel and expansion of a children’s medical clinic in Kansas City, KS while allowing for full operation of the clinic. The project included completing the entire design, construction and relocation processes while managing conflicting interests and the needs of doctors, staff, and patients.
