The Challenge

Diehl Project Management was challenged to assemble and coordinate a team to “fast track” design and construct an 88,000 square foot, three story “build to suit” office and coordinate relocation of 400+ employees across town for Securities America, Inc. in LaVista, NE (a suburb of Omaha). The entire design, construction and move processes had to be completed while managing difficult personalities and opposing self-interests.
